📢 Rules of the Messy Short Story Contest – MD_ShuffledStories 🏆

📚 Do you like to write and play with narrative? This is your contest! Submit your messy story using the MD_ShuffledStories plugin and win the premium version. 🚀

📅 Deadline to participate: From [fecha de inicio] until May 2, 2025
📅 Start of voting on the website: May 3, 2025
📅 Winners announcement: May 11, 2025
📌 Accepted languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese
📌 Available categories:
✅ Micro short story (max. 100 words)
✅ Short story (max. 300 words)
✅ Extended story (600 words max.)

🏆 AWARDS

There will be six winners in total (two per category):

🥇 Jury Award (1 for each category):
A team of experts will evaluate the stories based on creativity, structure and originality.

🥇 Audience Award (1 for each category):
The stories with the most votes on the web after the networking phase will be the winners.

🎁 Each winner will receive the premium version of MD_ShuffledStories 🚀

📜 CONTEST RULES

🔹 Each participant may submit one story per category (maximum 3 stories in total).
🔹 The story must be original (not copied from the internet).
🔹 It must be written in one of the accepted languages (Spanish, English or Portuguese).
🔹 The story must be published on a website created with WordPress and displayed with the MD_ShuffledStories plugin.
🔹 It must be published on social networks (Twitter, Instagram or Facebook) with:

For micro and short stories: A screenshot showing the story published on the web.
For extended story: Two screenshots (one at the beginning and one at the end) where you can see that the story is complete.
🔹 It is mandatory to include the hashtag #ConcursoMDShuffledStories and the link to the contest website.
🔹 Only real accounts (at least 3 months old and with activity in their profile) can participate.

📢 HOW TO PARTICIPATE

🔹 Phase 1: Publication on a WordPress site and dissemination in networks (until May 2nd)

1️⃣ Publish your story on your WordPress website using the MD_ShuffledStories plugin.
2️⃣ Take a screenshot showing the story published on your website (if it is a long story, two screenshots: one of the beginning and one of the end).
3️⃣ Post the screenshot on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, including:

The hashtag #ConcursoMDShuffledStories.

4️⃣ Send an email to lospluginsdemina@gmail.com with:

Your story (in text or PDF).
The screenshots where you can see the story published on your WordPress website.
The link to your publication in networks.
The category in which your story is entered (micro story, short story or extended story).

🔴 IMPORTANT: Only likes obtained until 23:59 ( [tu país] time) on May 2, 2025 will count.

🔹 Phase 2: Voting on the web (from May 3 to 10)

📌 On May 3, the 12 stories with the most likes on social networks (4 for each category) will be selected .
📌 These finalist stories will be published on the website and voting will be open from May 3 to 10.
📌 Each person will be able to vote only once per category on the website.

🔴 IMPORTANT:

Finalists will be verified that they have not used bots or fake accounts to get likes.
If cheating is detected, the story will be disqualified.

📝 HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN

📌 Jury’s Award: All stories will be evaluated based on creativity, structure and originality.
📌 Audience Award: The story with the most votes on the web among the 12 finalists will win in each category.
📌 Announcement of winners: May 11, 2025, on the website and by email to the winners.
