📚 Introduction

MD ShuffledStories is a WordPress plugin that transforms the way stories are read by randomly shuffling paragraphs. Each reading is a unique experience, allowing users to explore new narratives each time they access a story.

🛠️ Installation

From the WordPress repository:

Access your WordPress dashboard.
Go to Plugins > Add new.
Search for“MD ShuffledStories“.
Click Install Now and then click Activate.

Manual installation:

Download the plugin in .zip format from WordPress.org.
Go to Plugins > Add new in your WordPress.
Click on Upload plugin and select the file .zip.
Press Install now and then Activate.

📝 Use of the plugin

1. Create a messy story

Go to Shuffled Stories > Add new.
Enter the title of the story.
Fills in the text fields (Text1, Text2, etc.).
Click on Publish.

2. Insert a story in a page or entry

Use the following shortcode on any page, post or widget:

[shuffled_story title="Mi historia"]

This will display the story with the paragraphs out of order.

3. Reorder paragraphs without reloading the page.

Each story includes a reorder button (🎲 Shuffle) that allows you to change the order of paragraphs without refreshing the page.

Modify the design with CSS

If you want to customize the appearance of your stories, you can add this CSS to your theme:

📝 Frequently Asked Questions

✨Can I choose which paragraphs are unscrambled?

For now, the plugin unscrambles all the paragraphs of the story, but in future versions you will be able to customize it.

Yes, you can insert the shortcode [shuffled_story title="Mi historia"] in any text block or widget.

✨Can I change the typography?

The Premium version will include support for Google Fonts to customize the fonts of your stories.
